My name is Charlie Payne!

I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Charm City is packed with an abundance of rich culture! The city has so much diversity when comes to things like: food, music and art! I pay homage to Baltimore because it raised me and was my first inspiration. Now, my back drop and inspiration is Raleigh, North Carolina, the city of Oaks, where my son and I call home. Much like Baltimore, Raleigh is full of historic charm but with a southern flare. Being able to capture those irreplaceable moments is what drives me to "getting the shot" and preserving them for my clients. My versatility and accommodating customer service establishes an excellent rapport with my clients; allowing me to meet with them anywhere for a shoot.
